ZOFF Foods has declared its approaches into the category of ready-to-cook (RTC) food by launching a new lineup of products, which will be called Quick Homestyle Food. It is strategic in the sense that it has partnered with Reliance Retail to establish the presence of the products in at least 400 stores across the country by July 2025.

The new range includes two categories—5-Minute Gravies priced at ₹150 and 1-Minute Marinades priced at ₹75—offered in four variations each to satisfy both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It also enables control over hygiene and taste, as the consumer has to add on to it new ingredients like paneer, chicken, fish or vegetables.

The products make cooking easier by eliminating the need for chopping or grinding while preserving the original Indian taste. They do not contain preservatives, extra salt, or additives.

“The initiative is aimed at meeting the needs of modern Indian households seeking convenience without compromising on flavor. He emphasized the brand’s commitment to clean-label food and its expansion from whole spices to complete kitchen solutions.”

“The move reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to innovate while staying aligned with traditional culinary values.”

      – Akash Agrawalla, co-founder of ZOFF Foods.

The duo Akash and Ashish, now known as the Spice Brothers, started the Raipur-based food and beverage business in 2018.

ZOFF Foods is among the most popular spice brands in India today, and the firm exports its products to the curries, rice and grains category of products covered by the company in its comprehensive product line, including whole spices, powdered spices, blended spices, dried fruits, 5-minute gravy and marinade mix.

Major e-commerce platforms and over 10,000 retail stores across India offer its merchandise.

This spice startup has enjoyed remarkable growth, and the revenue of this startup has increased to 250 crore in 2024. The brand gained recognition on Shark Tank India Season 2 and secured funding from JM Financials by focusing on quality and innovation.

By the end of the month, ZOFF will have new Straight-to-Yum branded products on its web store, e-commerce, and quick commerce applications; the company plans to distribute the new Quick Homestyle Food brand in its warehouses on the same day. The new Quick Homestyle Food range is fresh, clear of all preservatives and additives, and ready to fulfill the requirements of the contemporary Indian household.
