✔ Food Safety: Extended product shelf life
✔ Optimal Presentation and Sustainable Packaging

Flow Pack wrapper for industrial cuts of fresh fish – FM 305

An ideal solution for automating the packaging of industrial cuts of fresh fish, the FM 305 can adjust bag dimensions to fit each piece, offering great flexibility. Additionally, it allows for automated loading into the vacuum chamber, making the packaging process much more efficient.

Its stainless steel design ensures maximum hygiene and easy cleaning, minimizing product handling and reducing the risk of contamination. Moreover, the FM 305’s versatility enables modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), ensuring greater freshness and extended shelf life.

With a wide range of format options, this model adapts to different production needs, providing an efficient solution for fresh products. It is also available in a Hygienic Design version, allowing direct and safe cleaning in environments with strict sanitary requirements.

Continuous vertical bagging machine for frozen fish pieces – VTC 840

This vertical bagging machine is equipped with our innovative Tight-Bag™ technology, which removes air from bags without perforating them, reducing pack size by up to 20% without decreasing product quantity. This innovation enhances logistical efficiency by increasing load capacity by 20%, reducing operational costs, and minimizing environmental impact by lowering waste.

The machine features the latest technological advancements in productivity, hygiene, and ease of operation:
      • Washdown design: Enables quick and efficient cleaning
      • Patented system for side format change: fast and ergonomic.
      • Sealflex™ technology: Universal sealing system for different types of film and sealing applications

Compact thermoformer for SKIN packaging – TFS 200 S

At just 3.5 meters in length, this compact thermoforming machine is designed for small spaces, making it one of the most compact skin packaging machines on the market, specifically developed for fresh product packaging. It provides excellent productivity with a cost-effective investment level:

      • Specifically designed for SKIN packaging of fresh products
      • Compact size
      • High productivity
      • Cost-effective investment
      • Compatible with multiple materials: Laminated, monomaterials, and thermoformable paper

Flexible traysealer for both cardboard and plastic trays – TSA 875 S

This high production traysealer, capable of reaching 10 cycles per minute, is equipped with the innovative R-Skin™ system, which allows the use of lighter trays that are not compatible with traditional skin packaging systems, achieving up to 50% material savings.

As part of ULMAWeCare sustainable packaging technology, this solution significantly reduces material consumption, further enhanced by the CUT ONTRAY cutting system, which reduces lid film waste by up to 30%.

Additionally, the TSA 875 includes a range of advanced features making it the ideal model for high-production lines:

      • Automatic tray denester
      • Dual reel holder with automatic splicing. With this system, production stops due to reel changes are avoided, increasing the availability of the traysealer and optimizing OEE.
      • Servo motors
      • Etc…
