Trouw nutrition is afoot to penetrate into Indian markets through its lavish manufacturing facility at Jadcherla, Near Hyderabad. Nutreco, a world leader stilted by its two brands namely Trouw Nutrition and Skretting, in animal nutrition and aqua sector that induces different food supplements and exotic nutritional shots into the sector.

The Trouw Nutrition company is a 125 old Dutch owned firm having SHV holdings too. SHV has interests in energy, retail, heavy engineering and investments and clocked sales of €19.2 billion in 2019, from its global operations.

Facility at Jadcherla, is a fully equipped tailored setup to produce wide range of vitamin and minerals premixes helpful for all the species. Company’s unique ‘Nutrace’ program to assist all round fortified premixes and traceability along with safety norms. Factory is fully automated and will start to serve the needs of entire South Asia by 2025.

Dr Saurabh Shekhar, managing director, South Asia, Trouw Nutrition, Nutreco, said, “This production facility enables us to contribute our bit to the prestigious – Atmanirbhar Bharat – Make in India initiative, while simultaneously improving the efficiencies with lesser turnaround time and better customizations as per customer’s needs. Telangana was an apt choice considering its easy accessibility and being an investor friendly state. Even from market perspective, it’s a major poultry and aqua belt with logistical access to good ports.”

The company and Trouw nutrition has by now setup itself at 175+ locations with 80 production units world wide and been celebrating the joy of serving the livestock needs at its full potential.
