Popular restaurant Sarvatt at the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad  has received the official certification from Sattvik Council of India, marking a significant milestone for culinary excellence.

Sarvatt’s production facility has been rigorously evaluated and approved by the Sattvik Council of India, a preeminent body that certifies dining establishments for conformity to traditional Indian diets under the Vegetarian/Jain code. This certification demonstrates Sarvatt’s commitment to providing guests with an unparalleled culinary experience rooted in the rich traditions of vegetarian and Jain cuisine.

Kapil Malhotra, Director of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, who expressed his delight at receiving the certification stated – “At Sarvatt, we have always strived to offer our guests a dining experience that not only tantalizes their taste buds but also reflects the cultural and culinary diversity of India. Sarvatt was praised by Abhishek Biswas, the Secretary General of the Sattvik Council of India and the founder of Sattvik Certifications, for fulfilling the strict requirements set by the Council. “The Sattvik Council of India is committed to promoting the legacy of Indian cuisine and making sure that the values of authenticity and purity are maintained,” Abhishek Biswas stated. Adding further, he also stated – “Sarvatt’s accreditation is a testament to their commitment to maintaining and honouring the fundamentals of Jain and vegetarian cuisine.”
