PepsiCo has declared the position of Chief Executive Officer of Australia and New Zealand Foods, implying that Alexia Horley will be taking up this post.

Effective 21 July 2025, Horley will replace its CEO, who is currently the general manager of Australia Foods of PepsiCo. Kyle Faulconer, the existing CEO, will go back home to the US and work as the SVP, PepsiCo North America Commercial. Stephan Anderson will continue to work as GM ANZ Beverages and ANZ CFO and will report to GM Asia and ANZ Beverages and SVP CFO APAC Foods.

Anne Tse, CEO of APAC Foods, PepsiCo, said Horley is uniquely positioned to lead ANZ Foods into its next phase of growth.

“Alexia’s strong strategic mindset, relentless consumer focus and deep expertise in the ANZ retail landscape position her perfectly to lead the business forward. She’s a highly respected and dynamic leader, and I’m looking forward to partnering with her as we continue to build momentum and shape the future of ANZ Foods.”

Horley has worked in numerous senior positions throughout Australia and Asia-Pacific since joining the company in 2005 and has been Chief Commercial Officer, Australia Foods and GM-Beverages, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Since Horley became the GM of Australia Foods, the production of PepsiCo Australia has continued to increase in size, with more investment being made into new multipack facilities and a new production line to produce more Red Rock Deli products.

“I’m honored to step into the role of CEO and excited to lead such a passionate and talented team. I’m committed to building on our strong foundations and driving sustainable growth across every part of the ANZ Foods business and, most importantly, continuing to deliver the best snacks to Aussie and Kiwi consumers under our iconic portfolio of brands.”
