Danone has broadened its Aptamil powder baby milk portfolio with the launch of a new range of organic formula milks.
The Aptamil Organic range, which includes ‘all three stages of baby feeding’, comprises of Aptamil Organic Infant Milk (from birth); Aptamil Organic Follow On Milk (for age 6-12 months); and Aptamil Organic Toddler Milk (from 12 months onwards).
The range, which is available in 800g EazyPack powder variant, is said to have been validated by an independent organic validation body.
The Follow On and Toddler Milks are enriched with vitamins A, C and D, along with GOS/FOS, iron and omega-3, Danone reported.
MD of Aptamil UK, Sandra Eglau declared “We know from listening to parents that their demands for organic options are rising day by day. Our new Aptamil Organic range is one of the steps by which we are trying to fulfill parents’ modern needs, bringing parents and their little ones the latest innovations our science has to provide.
“It’s glad hear the positive feedback we’ve already received from parents who have tried the product. As per the feedbacks, 93% of parents are recommending Aptamil Organic Follow On Milk. We have designed this product with care, and this has been recognized clearly.”
The new Aptamil Organic range is presently turning up nationwide in the UK and Ireland and will be stocked by retailers such as Boots, Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and Sainsbury’s. The recommended retail price (RRP) for the products ranges between £12.50 (stage three) and £13.50 (stages one and two).
In the beginning of 2020, Danone came up with a new sachet packing for its Aptamil and Cow & Gate powder baby milk ranges in the UK.
