WH Group Limited has announced that its subsidiary Morliny Foods, a leading European supplier of fresh pork, poultry, and packaged meats, has completed the acquisition of Pupil Foods Ltd. (“Pupil Foods”), a Polish producer of wet and dry pet food.
The acquisition, carried out through its Polish subsidiary Animex Foods, is a key step in Morliny Foods’ strategy aimed at diversification of its portfolio and strengthening its presence in the dynamically growing pet food market in Europe.
