Marriott International announced that it has signed a contract between Prestige Group and DB Realty to introduce Marriott Marquis and The St. Regis Aerocity in New Delhi. Expected to open in 2025, the agreement is expected to add 779 rooms to the Marriott International portfolio.

Catering to the needs of the modern traveller, the hotel is anticipated to feature 590 thoughtfully designed rooms. The hotel is slated to offer a variety of local and international gourmet delicacies at its three dining outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a Diner.
The hotel has a Marriott Hotel Great Room Lobby. This is the stylish center of the hotel and is a great place to socialize day and night. The brand’s M Club Lounge is planned with a Great Room where Marriott Bomboyage Elite members can enjoy a variety of free food and drinks throughout the day.
Inspired by the rich history of the iconic brand, the hotel is expected to feature 189 luxurious rooms and suites. An exquisite blend of sophisticated design and traditional charm, the hotel is said to be an all-day restaurant, specialty store and New York deli in honor of the brand’s flagship, The St. Regis New York, on the 55th and 5th. It is Avenue. There is also a drawing room and a unique St. Regis bar. Guests can also enjoy the brand’s renowned butler service, which offers highly tailor-made services tailored to each guest.
Guests at both hotels can expect modern, multi-purpose event and meeting spaces suited to host weddings, socials, meetings and conventions, paired with sophistication and impeccable service. With an expected 85,000 sq feet of meeting space in total, the two hotels are poised to create the ultimate destination within the Aerocity landscape.
