You will be responsible for the implementation of specialized maintenance, repair, bowl balancing and modification tasks on the equipment sent to the workshop by our customers (mainly separators).
In addition to the implementation of the technical work, you will be responsible for the planning of the work in consultation with the product manager, coordinate internally with the service department, and you will do the necessary reporting of the work done maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
You will be in contact with both suppliers and customers, both nationally and internationally.
The Workshop Engineer functionally reports to the Product Manager of the Workshop and officially reports to the FSO Team Leader.
Who you are:
We believe you have:
· Many years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment used in (preferably) milk or Food industry;
· Mechanical degree, technical degree.
· A good understanding of electrical equipment is an advantage.
· Autonomy, proactivity and a structural approach in the execution of the tasks;
· Stress resistance, tenacity and well-developed problem-solving skills, strong communication and commercial skills;
· A flexible attitude.
· Proficient knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
