Main purpose of job:
As the CD Lead-UBP, the candidate is responsible for:
- Develop a thorough understanding of order to cash process in DT RTM and e-RTM and land key process and technology interventions for marketplace operations in India in close partnership with CD, SC, Finance business and technology teams
- Project management and delivery with 3rd party technology consultants, business teams
- Drive innovation by keeping in touch with industry trends and competitive benchmarking
- Governance of the development funnel and issue tracker to ensure smooth BAU operations
Key accountabilities:
Business and Technology Partner:
- Lead business process excellence with business leads, CD and ecommerce excellence teams
- Own the core technology platform and ensure right fit technology outcomes
- Drive value creation through business adoption and technology optimization
- Design architecture in partnership with internal & external architects
- Implement and operate stable, scalable and innovative solutions in key UBP processes
- Be detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems.
- Expected to work in a self-directed environment, own tasks and drive them to completion
- Manage support operations and improvements journey for UI / UX Systems.
- Engagement with Global platform for best practices and technology standardization
- Engagement with product partners & service providers to bring outside-in view Governance
People:
- Manage a large team of internal and external team members; ensure well-being, development & motivation
- Manage the IT budget including adherence to forecast, optimization & compliance
- Ensure proper governance structure across stakeholders
