Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.
- The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
- The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analyze competitors’ activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time.
- Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post-graduation in management or first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology.
- They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
- The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.
