Technical Coordinator is a role within Planning & Operations – Flex Zone APAC.
The Planning & Operations team is within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) Capital Equipment Projects with the purpose to deliver world-class project capabilities to Markets and Project centers. Based on time zones the team is split into 3 hubs – Americas, EMEA (Europe Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia Pacific). This role will be based in India in Flex Zone APAC and will support projects across the world.
Job location is Chakan, Pune (India)
What you will do
- Review, write, edit, and publish technical content according to Tetra Pak Corporate Standards, style guidance, and legal requirements.
- Author with single source content tools (Dita XML / Arbortext / Translation Management System).
- Acquire subject knowledge by interviewing product owners and engineers, referring to technical specifications, illustrations, and schematics.
- Conduct quality review of materials.
- Distribute and register project manuals in line with the project scope and time plan.
- Provide input to improve/develop tools, processes, and templates.
- Proactively coordinate technical publications production with the order team
- Secure customer feedback and makes sure that documentation is updated accordingly.
- Purchase translations
- Other tasks, including translating and supporting other departments in the scope of technical documentation.
- Quality: legally compliant documentation with a common look and feel for all equipment and customer projects
- Standardization: all PSE organizations to work in the strategically selected tool – Arbortext – to enable end-to-end digital documentation handling
- Productivity and cost savings: increase efficiency and consistency while making better use of resources in-house and outsourced.
- Enabling business growth by having a solid digital documentation foundation – eBusiness, training, etc.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and development of our digital documentation value for customers
We believe you have
- You have finished Bachelor or master’s degree.
- Passion for technology and working in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English knowledge (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge and skills in project management
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team with a structured approach.
- Open to change and learning new tools and ways of working.
- Good communication and social skills to collaborate across borders as you will work closely with multinational project teams.
- Strong time management skills to deliver on time and with good quality within your areas of responsibility.
- Ability to author technical content using clear and understandable language.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Technical support/ Technical writing related to full projects/equipment.
