You’ll make a difference by
- Being part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, with a focus on smart buildings.
- Taking on the main responsibility of directly supporting customers and third-party partners working with Siemens SI.
- Working with products that involve the IoT Ecosystem and Digital Twin technology, using BIM (Building Information Model) and Autodesk Revit.
- Possessing the skills and experience to work with these technologies, along with strong knowledge of Windows OS, IIS configurations, and SQL fundamentals.
- Directly engaging with customers from the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to effectively and proactively handle support requests, while also supporting customers in various geographical regions, including East Asia and Australia.
You’ll win us over by:
- A BE/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA in relevant fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing web server environments using Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Proficient in SQL, including database querying, script writing, and resolving database-related issues.
- Possessing strong knowledge of Windows OS, particularly in troubleshooting scenarios, and the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues, especially in customer-facing environments.
- Solid understanding of API calls and familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and Familiar with the Building Automation domain is a plus.
- Experience with BIM technology, including the ability to understand and work with 3D models, data, and designs related to building infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for modeling and managing building information, with experience in Revit API or customization being advantageous.
