Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Monthly / Yearly Sales targets
- Recruitment and maintaining Required manpower / Team Size.
- Assign and allocate territory to team to ensure daily work and reporting.
- Participation in BTL activities – Road Shows / Exhibitions / Camps.
- Converting to sales, leads allotted centrally through self and team.
- Achieve Sales Targets as per company norms – daily | weekly | monthly individually and through the reporting team.
- Ensure consistent performance of each team member by continuous monitoring.
- Timely Payment Collections.
- Conduct weekly training of team on products, selling skills etc.
