This role will be responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. The Team Lead will be leading the team of Analyst/Sr. Analyst in MDM and Catalogue area to ensure smooth stakeholder management. This position is based in Chakan, Pune.
What you will do
- Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies.
- Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
- Participates in target setting, followup and corrective action.
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
- Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site.
We believe you have
- Preferably global or international experience, 10+ years in MDM, S&C and supplier base management.
- A full time Graduate from a reputed institute, university.
- Very strong experience in Master Dara & Catalogue Management.
- Dealing with difficult stakeholders (at customer end).
- Adherence to commercial compliance.
- Communication Skills.
