Roles and Responsibilities
All 5 days working from office (WFH)
To build a strong hiring strategy in line with tied with various functions to meet the growing needs
Source profiles through job portals / social media / employee referrals / networking sites /
vendors extensively and effectively
Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of
headcount & initiate hiring process till onboarding
Interview coordination
Documentation
Salary negotiation
Follow up with offered candidate till he / she joins
Drive, introduce new best recruitment practices
Regularly interact with HODs/ Stakeholders to understand the current and future requirement
Ensure the JD is available for all the positions and should draft wherever it is not available
Responsible for creating and maintaining the hiring matrix
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports – MIS
Focus on hiring cost control and manpower cost without compromising on the quality
If the situation demands candidate should be ready to work on Non – IT positions also
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have minimum of 2 years of IT recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills
Should be an out of box thinking personality
Highly focused and performance driven
Should have the ability to evaluate the candidate thoroughly
Should be ready to work from office only (No WFH)
