Talent Acquisition Specialist (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)
Roles and Responsibilities
– Support functional managers in getting the right candidates for different roles in the Company
– Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
– Negotiate salary fixation as per the recruitment policy of the organization
– Liaise with hiring managers and drive the internal talent capacity building process for roles across the organization
– Prepare the TAT of staffing across different positions
– Calling to candidates to judge their profiles and finalizing schedules for interview
– Following up candidates for interview process
– Ensure smooth on-boarding of selected candidates
– Offer Letter Generation and documentation
– Joining Formalities
– TA MIS Updation
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Talent Acquisition Preferably Sales Hiring
– Experience of handling job portals to attract aspiring candidates
