We have an opportunity with Varun Beverages Limited (PEPSICO Bottler) for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at our Head-Office (Gurgaon), who will be responsible for managing end to end Recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding for PAN India positions.

Details about the role:
The incumbent shall be responsible for hiring across all functions like sales, marketing, technical, operations and multiple support functions for PAN India. This would include entire cycle of recruitment from manpower planning, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, salary negotiation and offer release to onboarding of the candidate.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a sustainable Talent Acquisition Strategy and determine current staffing needs and prepare forecasts for hiring across all verticals.
- Build a robust online ATS for hiring through multiple sourcing mix like career website, job boards, consultants, campus recruitment, employee referrals, internal pool etc.
- Implement sourcing strategy for closing positions across multiple portfolios & liaising with their respective heads (sales & marketing, finance, commercial, technical, support etc.).
- Support manpower planning & budgeting exercise for PAN India positions basis previous spending.
- Identifying ongoing specific methodologies for evaluating candidates’ potential by gauging their domain-related and behavioral skillsets.
- Design, plan and execute Employer Branding activities as per existing market trends.
- Getting candidates’ shortlisting and interviews alignment exercise done as per the hiring matrix.
- Negotiating salary with candidates in line with company’s pay philosophy, market benchmarking and industry norms.
- Liaise with candidates pre-joining as well as for their onboarding following 30-60-90 connect program.
- Design multiple HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of complete recruitment process, create automated reports and identify areas of improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Regular PGDM/MBA from a good B-school.
- Relevant experience of minimum 7 years into leading end to end Talent Acquisition activities.
- In-depth knowledge of TA process, ATS utilization and full cycle recruitment.
- Hands on experience on sourcing through multiple job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs etc.
- Expertise in handling variety of selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking & team management skills to collaborate & influence key stakeholders.
