The Supply Chain Collaboration Enablement Coordinator serves as a connecting point in between Tetra Pak’s organization, Suppliers and Ariba. Your will be responsible for the enablement of Suppliers in Ariba and for providing support to Suppliers to ensure proper understanding of Tetra Pak’s digital collaboration tools.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the day-to-day business needs of Suppliers in relation to the Ariba platform but occasionally you will assist in general workshops and project activities.
This position will be based in Chakan, Pune.
What you will do
You will be responsible for –
- Work closely with global process drivers and business experts to trigger the onboarding process for each enablement wave.
- Gather relevant data of Suppliers for each enablement wave and share it with Tetra Pak’s organization and Ariba.
- Conduct alignment and information sessions with Supplier Managers within Tetra Pak and with Suppliers.
- Follow-up the supplier’s Ariba account configuration process and manage escalated cases when necessary.
- Provide periodic status updates on onboarding activities and communicate eventual delays on the enablement process.
- Coordinate the go-live with the global information management team for starting the Collaboration with Suppliers.
- Organize and execute workshops for Suppliers to guarantee their proper understanding of the Ariba platform and Tetra Pak’s collaboration process.
- Support with develop and update communications content and training material packages.
- Coordinate to enable efficient and successful KPI reporting.
- Ensure KPI and PI understanding in SuM community and that documentation exists.
- Coordinate between stakeholders and their activities, follow up and request for progress of activities to enable successful KPI reporting.
- Drive and coordinate the KPI dashboard development/improvements between Business Control, SuM Data & Performance, GIM and KPI owners.
Who you are
We believe you have
- A full time graduation degree from a reputed university/institute.(must have)
- Min 2-3 years experience in Supplier enablement coordination using Ariba tools and systems.
- KPI reporting skills.
- Detail oriented and should have analytical skills.
- Upper intermediate English language skills: Fluency in English language skills both written and spoken as required at operational level.
