What You’ll Do for Us
- Assists in research, coordination, and organization of broader project plans to help keep projects on track, on budget, meet deadlines, and keep team members informed,
- Responsible for managing and maintaining projects in tracking software, monitor progress and identifies/resolves obstacles.
- Partner with the project/agile leader to understand vital aspects of the projects and provide support in the execution of project activities.
- Responsible for being first line of contact between vendors and supplier questions or issues, maintaining contact information and databases, and managing the Supplier Diversity general mailbox inquiries
- Reporting diverse spend to clients on quarterly basis
- Support organization with logistics and administrative duties.
- Provide meeting support by performing basic administrative tasks such as managing calendar, travel arrangements, and handling expenses.
- Supports complex internal and external events.
- Help manage team’s ongoing routines and calendar.
Qualification & Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a project management role, preferably with some experience in a customer or commercial related team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Budgeting, and invoicing, planning Internal and external events experience
- Great organization skills
- Passion for supporting diverse owned businesses and communities
- Thrives in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment
- Collaborative planning skills
- Works well under timelines
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working
- You’ll be proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table

- Relationship building skills, experienced in stakeholder management and working with cross functional Teams around the enterprise
