Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities
What you will do
- Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries.
- Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, quotations, return logistics and invoicing, including tasks in SAP and other internal systems.
- Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.
- Execute external purchasing, follow-up with suppliers.
- Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration.
- Participate in driving Tetra Pak’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement activities.
- Conform with Tetra Pak global standards and processes, and legal requirements.
We believe you have
- Bachelor degree in related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Previous customer support experience desired.
- Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.
- Service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools.
- You can work independently and together with others towards set goals.
- 3-5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience.
