Your responsibilities and tasks:
What will you be working with?
- Various day-to-day support to existing Global SAP customers in terms of incident- and change request handling
- Participate in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle
- Participate in other strategic finance projects
- Assist in analyze phases of upcoming projects
- Training of key users
- Group reporting. Contribute to the follow up and implementation of the GEA group reporting requirements in our SAP ERP templates

Your profile and qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s degree or BA plus qualifying working experience) or practical experience from Sales & Service.
- Strong professional experience in SAP SD/LE/CS and SAP Service consultancy or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced experience in process design as well as in project management within sales and after-sales area.
- Solid knowledge of ABAP / OO development and strong record of developing solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, also in an intercultural environment.
- Ability to conduct workshops and training (Train-the-Trainer approach).
- Knowledge of project driven engineering business would be an advance.
ERP specific experience/IT skills required
- Experience with systems designing & visualization based on business processes.
- Experience in customizing and setup within SAP SD/LE/CS Module as well as SAP Service.
- Design, optimization and further development of sales and after-sales business processes within the existing IT landscape.
- Requirement as well as process analysis together with the business within the existing SAP landscape.
- Coordination and collaboration with external IT vendors.
- Experience with full-life cycle ERP implementation.
