This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Marketing team in Travel Experiences, responsible for supporting, creating, and driving social media content for our premium brand, Priority Pass. The role works closely with numerous different teams including Regional Marketing, Partnerships and Product teams to provide a detailed social strategy across all global channels.
Priority Pass is the original and market leading airport experiences programme, providing access to over 1300 lounges and airport experiences in more than 650 cities across 148 countries. Financial services clients leverage Priority Pass to reward and attract affluent travelling customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the Travel Experiences Marketing team in Travel Experience, reporting into the Global B2B Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the social media content plan.
- Develop the influencer marketing strategy and work closely with the regional marketing teams on execution.
- Support the promotion of B2B and B2C content, across all global channel
- Support the Regional Marketing teams to promote new lounge additions and products launches to our audience.
- Heavily involved with the Partnership teams, ensuring all relevant updates on new lounge and airport experiences are communicated through social.
- Look to execute social campaigns that are designed to promote the brand as far as possible and how we are working with the industry to aid travel recovery.
- Introduce a paid media strategy, designed to increase our reach and drive. traffic to the Priority Pass website.
- Manage key stakeholders, own project plans, and communicate timelines.
- Ensure social content and assets are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor all industry activity and implement competitor tracking.
- Regular activity reporting-including all key social KPIs.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Social media management experience across all available channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of Social Studio content scheduling platform or experience with other scheduling tools.
- General Marketing experience in both structure and process.
- Strong/ solid background in digital content creation.
- A level of experience of the Travel and Technology industry.
- Understanding the nature of a global business.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Confident communicator, able to present information in a compelling and engaging manner to internal and external stakeholders.
