Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver New Product Developments:
- Lead the development of new features and enhancements for the Shikhar app.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly UI designs that enhance the user experience.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of new features.
- Perform post-launch analysis to evaluate the success of new product developments and identify areas for improvement.
- Planning and Design of Shopper Activations:
- Collaborate with internal category teams to develop shopper activation strategies.
- Work with external teams, such as ONDC, to plan and design effective shopper activations.
- Ensure alignment of activation plans with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
III. Execute Shopper Activation Plans on the field
- Manage and coordinate a field team to execute activation plans on the ground.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of activation plans and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferable: Min. 3 years of sales/field experience (Add on: experience in product development, UI design, and user testing)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing field teams and executing on-ground activation plans is a plus.
