Job Summary
We are seeking a Services Support Representative who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the procurement of parts from both overseas and domestic suppliers, managing the delivery of these parts to customers, as well as overseeing warehouse and inventory management within Japan.
What you will do
.As our Services Support Representative will do:
- Procure parts from both overseas and domestic suppliers and manage their delivery to customers
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management within Japan.
- Submit quality verification applications to the inspection center and manage related data.
- Enter and maintain records in the internal SAP system; handle filing, document preparation, and general office administrative tasks.
- Compile and manage various data sets for internal use.
- Visit (by driving or riding) unmanned external warehouses to inspect spare parts inventory and collect items as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, accurately capturing the content and relaying information to the appropriate personnel.
We believe you have
- Basic PC skills (Word: text input, Excel: able to create graphs).
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems (preferred).
- Basic English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
