Services Account Administrator
We are looking for a Services Account Administrator who will be the main customer contact for operational Services business matters. This includes facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.
A Services Account Administrator covers one or more customer Key Accounts working in close collaboration with the Services Key Account Managers and/or Services Account Managers.
What you will do
As a Services Account Administrator you will:
– Lead administration of sales opportunities based on customer information, together with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers.
– Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits.
– Lead customer enquiries, respond and channel it into the organisation including technical issues.
– Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business
– Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plan by using internal and external data sources.
– Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication.
– Participate in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
– Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
Who you are
We believe you have:
– Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in administration, across boundaries is preferred
– Strong productivity focus
– Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills
– Advanced Excel Skills
– Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organisational agility
– Strong continuous improvement focus
– Demonstrated Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate and Perform
– Preferred not Essential: University Bachelor in technical/business disciplines or equivalent
