- The ideal candidate must have strong domain expertise in Integratied Building Manangement Systems, and experience in Service Sales with great customer relationship skills
- He must be able to effectively drive service business growth from assigned accounts, also get new customers from market.
- He must possess interpersonal and relationship building skills along with strong business planning, coordination, negotiating and follow through skills (multitasking).
- The candidate must possess the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, must be flexible, adaptable, self motivated, and have strong selling skills, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- In addition to the above, the ideal candidate need to have quick learning skills of IBMS solutions, follow thru sales process from lead generation to order booking and handing over to execution team.
