Your responsibilities and tasks:
Senior Sales Executive responsible for preparing the action plan for active sales and prospecting for new business in order to achieve the business plan defined for the technical sales area of projects, upgrades and/or modernizations, spare parts and maintenance plans.
- Manage key customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship, detecting and maximizing sales opportunities, through the development of strategies and action plans;
- Prospect, carry out and negotiate budgets, providing the best conditions, prices and deadlines, in order to retain customers and leverage sales;
- Serving customers in general, answering questions and assisting in the sale of the product portfolio;
- Internally negotiate prices, terms, discounts to better serve the end customer;
- Analyze current / future installed base and identify business opportunities and define potentials;
- Visit customers (up to 80% of the time) in national territory;
- Develop market actions and plans to strengthen and increase business volume;
- Align strategies and actions with the headquarters and other subsidiaries of the GEA group (global customers, opportunities and market requirements, etc.);
- Track sales targets and results to ensure sales and profitability targets;
- Negotiate commercial and technical conditions to achieve the best benefit to the company and that is within the expectations of customers, suppliers, directors and headquarters;
- Provide synergy through integration with other group companies
- Interface in the discussions of legal contracts with the client (with support from the legal department);
- Internal reporting (current projects, gains and losses under your direct responsibility);
- Participation in business fairs and seminars;
Your profile and qualifications:
- Knowledge in processes of: Breweries, evaporation, filtration, o, powder drying, (pasteurization/sterilization);
- Experience in B2B industrial sales in capital goods manufacturers. Preferably in the services area.
- Degree in chemical engineering, food engineering, automation engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Languages: Advanced English
- Other Qualifications/Additional: Experience in sales of processing equipment and systems; Knowledge of ERP system // Intermediate Spanish.
