In this role you will be collaborating with line managers and HR Business Partners in providing Regional Talent Acquisition Support – China, Taiwan & Hongkong. What the role looks like: As a Senior Recruiter, your role will focus on delivering to our hiring managers across a few locations in China, Taiwan and Hongkong. This will involve recruiting for Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales & Marketing as well as other functional roles. You will lead and manage relationships with Internal stakeholders in order to ensure timely delivery and closure of requisitions and understanding the demanding requirements by becoming an expert in the sectors and delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of our internal stakeholders. As well as this, you will also need to attract candidates to these roles. You will work to create appealing job advertisements, design attraction campaigns and utilise job boards (China Specific), CV databases and social media platforms to fill your requirements. What makes a good Senior Recruiter? The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Internal or External recruitment role, with a proven track record of being able to deliver results, analyse information and create solutions. You will need to have a strong Mandarin language skills in order to be able to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. You will need to be a strong communicator with a clear ability to collaborate with recruiters within APAC, Global Teams, HRBPs. Furthermore, you must be resilient to challenges, have a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.Did we spark your interest?

Your profile and qualifications:
Your Profile / Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or any other fields.
- Operational talent acquisition in an HR Operations environment experience (> 3 years), proven experience sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Enthusiastic to extent knowledge in talent acquisition – both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area.
- Good problem solving and administrative as well as organizational skills f. e. managing multiple open requisitions.
- Proven quality management skills and strong client orientation.
- Ability to function autonomously, as well as work in a team environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin & English.
