The Senior Project Manager, Engineering/PMO will manage a variety of projects specific to Supply Chain. Areas within Supply Chain will include maintenance, innovation, capability, quality, safety, capacity, transportation and process improvement. The role is responsible leading and executing projects identified by the Supply Chain PMO and working with all areas to deliver Process Improvement and Productivity Improvements.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Manage and monitor cross-functional projects and programs in a matrix organization and ensure successful delivery
- Develop and manage full-lifecycle project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination, risk management, and quality assurance for tasks
- Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies
- Orchestrate cross-functional core teams including SC Operations, E2E Planning, Procurement, Transportation, Finance and Customer Service
- Establish and maintain a tight working partnership with business owners, executives, and program teams to rationalize business objectives & business priorities
- Establish tracking and roll-up of project milestones and metrics for program level status reporting

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline; equivalent work experience considered. MBA or other business degree, a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Demonstrate experience in project management, PMP (Project Management Professional) training or certification would be a plus
