Job Objective
- Manage and lead Tea category product development for ASP (ASEAN and South Pacific) Operating Units
- Partnership with regional marketing for ASP OU tea innovation pipeline building through effective networking model
Key Responsibility : Leading Project Development, drive Innovation Pipeline Building for ASP OU
- Lead cross country innovation projects with all necessary alignment with key stakeholders, deliver good quality of project results fulfil the business need.
- Ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrate strong capability of delivering E2E technical solutions. From lab scale to pilot and commercial manufacturing.
- Have a deep understanding of the system dynamics. Work effectively with cross-functions such as Packaging, Process, Microbiology, TCR, CPS, SRA, QSE, supply chain and commercialization’s.
- Work closely with project developers, provide right level of technical and project management guidance to them.
- Work seamlessly with Singapore R&D Lab
- Strong Capability of Leverage technology internal & external.
- Partnership with regional marketing for ASP OU Tea innovation pipeline building. Connect closely with global functions. Inspire reapplications opportunities from other regions’ success learning.
- Strong business sense, good market and consumer trends understanding especially for responsible countries.

Education & Professional Qualification:
- MS or BS (depending on the experience) in Food Science, Tea Science, or related field
- More than 10 years of professional working experience in technical function, especially as product development in food and beverage industries
- Rich experience on handling complexed innovation projects for markets outside of China.
- With experience on beverage or Tea is preferred
