As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy you will be responsible for defining the future state North America Supply Chain and implementing the transformation in partnership across all of Coca-Cola’s business units, bottler network, and co-manufacturing partners.
What You’ll Do for Us
- This role will interface with key system leaders including bottler National Product Supply Group members and financial leads within NAOU and bottling system
- Will lead analytical support for SIP (Strategic Infrastructure Plan) for sparkling bottle/can supply chain for NAOU, with heavy influence into individual bottler SIP plans
- The role will also provide a key connection to the sparkling category/commercial team (to ensure that system supply chain is investing in capabilities required to support long-term growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders requiring complex communications such as PAC’s Sustainability group on operationalizing and assessing impact of sustainability initiatives driven by Supply Chain Technical & Innovation organization
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; Post Graduate Degree a plus
- 5+ years Supply chain strategy, general strategy, manufacturing operations or related experience
- Strategy and project management experience (consultant background preferred)
- Advanced quantitative ability (Excel modeling) and financial acumen
