As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy you will be responsible for defining the future state North America Supply Chain and implementing the transformation in partnership across all of Coca-Cola’s business units, bottler network, and co-manufacturing partners.
Function Related Activities and Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the Strategic Infrastructure Plan (SIP) for different Coca-Cola product platforms, including capability, capacity, and cost optimization by region throughout the US and Canada.
- Define scope and drives aligned prioritization of SIP topics to address, including development of project charters and co-management of projects with other cross-functional team partners
- Drive alignment on SIP – outline strategic levers and options for improvements, provide hypothesis, and own the analysis to prove or disprove options.
- Define and co-manage supply chain strategy projects (including make vs. buy decisions, improving fixed cost leverage, etc.)
- Execute project analysis and support including qualitative (e.g., stakeholder inputs) and quantitative (impact modelling)
- Capture all known risks and effects for a proposed infrastructure change, i.e. changes to transportation costs, distribution strategy, inbound supplier changes, etc.
- Present findings and outcomes to high-level leadership across all teams and influence leadership through facts and recommendations on path forward.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Postgraduate/Master’s Degree Preferred
Related Work Experience & Functional Skills
- Strategy and project management experience (consultant background preferred)
- Supply chain strategy / make vs. buy analysis
- Financial analysis and business case creation
- 5+ years of diversified operating and PMO experience
- Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally (brand team, marketing, operations, finance, etc.)
