KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
CAPABILITIES
- Lead the capabilities agenda for the INSWA marketing team
- Leverage external as well as internal resources to create/curate best-in-class trainings and learning sessions under the Cokeshala banner
- Provide thought leadership and leverage the TCCC capabilities network (global+OU Caps community) to bring to INSWA the latest thinking on which future-forward capabilities to build and how to build them
- Partner with global capabilities leads on Capabilities LRP, capabilities programs. Be the cross pollinator between OU and global Caps projects
- Lead DT capability expansion in INSWA with an emphasis on learning by doing
- Lead Agile principles adoption
PLATFORM SERVICES
- Map Marketing Operations pain points and bridges with Mkt Platform Services scope
- Coordinate the Mkt Platform Services transition at OU level, partnering with the Mkt Platform Services leader on and support the related change management requirements (including ensuring SLAs are being achieved and helping identify and solve key pain points and structural issues).
- Build understanding of a wide range of services that have been/are getting transitioned to platform services and support the various aspects of transitions (customer service parameters, budgets, internal communications)
- Learns from the process, shares opportunities and supports continuous improvement
- Work with a large network of colleagues across the marketing function and platform services
- Help drive conversation and reconciliation around PS budgets and services received in partnership with user teams, investment finance and PS service line leads
INTERNAL COMMS & SELECT NETWORK PRIORITIES (e.g. STUDIOX LEAD)
- Marketing Network Communications: Responsible for internal network positioning and storytelling of global marketing processes and initiatives at an OU level
- Be part of the global internal comms community
- Working in partnership with Agency Ops, stand up StudioX for INSWA in line with global guidance and local needs
KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in Marketing. Experience in Capability Building and tools like Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies would be an added plus.
- We are looking for change agents that are curious, ambitious, passionate about developing people, have a 10X mindset and can balance of creativity and business acumen, hence able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, flexibility and discipline, processes and iteration, global and regional.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams is preferred

- Passion, curiosity and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside.

- Ability to provide input to Platform services

- Expertise in working with different functions including procurement, finance, legal, HI, commercial

Communication Focus
- Role will require frequent communication with OU Mkt lead, OU Network Ops and Caps, IMX, Category Teams, Global Marketing Capabilities, PS leads from other OUs, Global Platform Services leaders
- The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
- The role must be in contact with external partners in order to constantly oxygenate the OU marketing organization
