Job Summary
To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do
- Following maintenance procedure, deal with machine BD failure, implement SEA analysis to fix the failure from root cause. Ensure TBM fully implemented and updated in time.
- 按照维修流程，处理设备停机故障，并进行SEA分析，从根本上解决故障。执行预防性维修工作，并及时完善预防性维修保养内容。
- Perform CBM implementation, including vibration, temperature, current, and SPC monitoring.
- 执行设备状态检测维护，包括设备振动、温度、电流、和SPC等监控。
- Develop high CML solution for equipment failure, and introduce new technologies for equipment improvement of reliability and productivities and quality.
- 针对设备问题开发高对策阶梯方案，以及引进新技术提高设备可靠性、提升设备产能和产品质量。
- Be responsible for KPI improvement, try to reduce BD numbers, reduce MDT, and ensure fulfilment of TBM implementation.
- 负责各自工序KPI提升，努力降低BD次数，降低MDT，保证TBM完成率。
- Assist equipment short stop problem, and fix product quality defects related problem.
- 协助生产处理设备短停和产品质量缺陷等问题。
- Self-improving, and summarize maintenance experience, share skill and experience to improve team skill level.
- 自我提升，总结维修经验，并进行经验与技能分享培训，提升团队技能水平。
- When it’s needed, follow department arrangement to support other processes, and facilities for maintenance.
- 在需要时，根据部门安排支持其他工序和公共设施的维修维护任务。
We believe you have
- At least bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical and electrical.
- 本科以上学历，机电相关专业背景。
- Above 5 years working experience in electrical in industrial shopfloor
- 具有5年以上工厂车间电气维修经验。
- Familiar with SIEMENS full range of PLC, motor, servo driver, inverter; Familiar with bearing, gearbox, pumps, hydraulic devices, pneumatic devices repair.
- 熟悉西门子系列PLC、电机、伺服驱动及其变频器等，可以通过查看PLC进行故障诊断，熟悉PLC编程，能够优化改进现有PLC程序; 熟悉轴承，齿轮箱，泵，液压系统及气动器件的维修维护，能熟读液压及气动图纸
- Mandatory English skill: fluent reading, mail and oral communication.
- 须能熟练阅读英文资料，可以用英文发邮件以及口语交流。
- Computer: good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- 良好的办公软件技能，包括Excel和PPT等。
- Fluent in Written and spoken Mandarin and English
- 普通话和英语書面口语熟练
