What you will do
As an Senior Analyst – SAP FICO (ECC 6.0)
- Identify and/or resolve root causes for incidents and defects with help from teammates or developers.
- Analyze and propose optimal design changes to improve the existing solution.
- Provide Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Rollout, Training and Documentation when involved in project work.
- Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-be requirements with high level of IT and Business knowledge and adequate level of details.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Service Architects, Process experts to design an optimal solution according to best practices.
- Estimate HL design & development costs for Projects and CI Gaps
- Support the project in identifying the change management needed for the business when implementing new solution capabilities.
- Actively participate & support innovation/improvement initiatives
- Drive and maintain Finance & Tax System technical roadmap.
- Support Finance Service Delivery Team to maintain operational levels.
- Support Service Delivery Manager by providing high level service impact.
- Provide guidance/support to designers & SMEs regarding design work and existing solutions.
- Having experience in Tetra Pak Business & IT processes will be an added advantage.
We believe you have
- Atleast 5 years’ experience of SAP FI system designer on ECC 6.0 (SAP S4HANA would be an added advantage)
- Experience with at least 2 or more SAP end-to-end implementations. In end-to-end implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy & Run.
- Proficient in GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank, CCA, IOM, PC, Special Purpose Ledger and Material ledger. Additional exposure to VIM, Concur, S4 HANA, CO AREA OF COPA, PCA would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of integration points with the other modules: MM, SD, PS, PP, PM QM.
- Familiar to ITIL processes such as Service Design, Service Transition, etc.
- Exposure to Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to translate business needs into requirements and use cases, with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
- Excellent understanding of the information model and how it is applied within Finance processes; integration with all the other business processes; and system architecture.
- Extensive, hands-on knowledge of implementing Finance solutions in Project, Continue Improvement & Service.
- Expertly demonstrates leadership elements, such as being dynamic, capable & productive.
