Job Summary
Business Intelligence (BI) Subject Matter Expert – Supplier Management
We are looking for BI SME in Supplier Management who has strong analytical skills with ability to deliver quality results in a timely manner and have good stakeholders’ management experience. In this role you need to be able to collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders, as well as process expert and end users and be able to communicate at technical detail level, or able to drive technical talk effectively, with non-technical audience.
What you will do
As our BI SME you will be responsible for these 3 areas:
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain good and meaningful communication/relationship with stakeholders. Support and address all type of requests from stakeholders.
- Build up the relationship with key users and local process drivers and able to conduct effective discussion in meetings with users.
- Conduct regular meetings with business process owners to keep them informed of current solution and issues.
- Ability to manage and fulfil the expectation during escalations
Deliver GAPs in collaboration with Global Process team:
- Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-Be requirements with adequate level of details.
- Translate business requirements to technical requirements and able to communicate team with clarity and correct expectations
- Estimate the effort and be responsible to design and lead the solution for GAPs and Projects
Develop team competence:
- Provide relevant knowledge transfer to respective Service Delivery Team members.
- Make sure to have good knowledge and secure compliance to internal processes.
- Analyse current environment, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, propose solutions, and participate in service improvement initiatives.
We believe you have
- A bachelor’s degree with knowledge on ITIL foundation.
- 8-9 years and more in SAP BI/BW, both back end and front experience
- At least 4 years of experience in BW on Hana development experience (aDSO, Composite Provider, Calculation HANA Views).
- Minimum 3 full cycles of medium/complex BW implementations
- Good business knowledge in FI, SD, MM modules and some knowledge in Ariba.
- ABAP knowledge to develop custom extractors, DTP routines, Transformation routines, etc
- Developer experience with reporting tools (Lumira Designer, Webi, Analysis for Excel, Power BI, IDT/Universe)
- Good development experience with LIS extractors (Sales Order, Billing, FI-GL, Purchase Order, Configuration extractors)
- Good to Advanced knowledge of SQL to be used natively with HANA and MS SQL databases
- Creation of schemas, tables, views
- Creation of Stored Procedures
- Creation of SSIS & SSAS
- Good to have:
