Your Role
- End to end responsibility of supporting the Procure to Pay processes and operations across management units of the Tea business
- Involvement in the design and set up of PTP Shared Service Centre operations for a newly formed organization
- Supporting the P2P Manager in driving efficient procurement operations
- Partner with third party service provider, business stakeholders, controls, IT and other support functions to provide seamless service delivery and innovative projects
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the P2P cycle (including upstream Procurement process)
- Drive adherence to TeaCo Control Framework
- Ongoing Projects – ad hoc depending on business needs
Your Key Responsibilities

- Impactful and flexible in communicating and influencing the issues with the ability to work across metrices of functions.
- Accountable and responsible for ensuring Global finance controls
- Accountable for third party service provider / managed services operations

- Reports into P2P Manager
- Head of Shared Services
- TeaCo local market financial controllers
- Third party service providers
- Auditors
Flexibility for this Role (Working Model, Mobility):
- Open towards flexible working models
- In principle office-based, currently working 3 days a week from office and balance two days from home due to CV19 restrictions
- Travel 20%, or now limited due to CV19
Skills and Experience
- A semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in relevant function
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay standards
- Strong financial and business acumen
- A stint in Procurement finance or Global Shared services center preferred
