Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently handle support of HCM module
- Should have Integration knowledge with other modules of SAP & Third Party remittance
- Experience in SAP interfaces & workflows, LSMW
- Working exposure in Indian Payroll, Time Management (+ve & -ve), PA and OM.
- Exposure of running payroll including the running of payroll reports and forms.
- Sound knowledge of Local and legal requirements like Tax, ESI, PF LWF and PTAX
- Gather/document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Create End User documents and organize end user trainings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Need to have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM (OM, PA, TM & Payroll)
- Should have completed atleast one E2E implementation and one Support Project
- Domain Experience of at least 1 years is desirable.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good Client facing skills preferred
- Basic Knowledge of success factor and integration
