Roles and Responsibilities

• FI day-to-day Production support issues.
• Configuration of Controlling Area , Company code , Business area.
• Assignments to company code, COA , Posting period , Fiscal Year Variant.
• Creation of FSV.
• New Accounts Group for GL, Customer, Vendor and assets.
• Configuring the Cash journals.
• Configuring New House Banks.
• Configuration of asset class , Account Determination , Screen Layout, Number ranges , Depreciation Key , Calculation Methods.
• Configuring Default Profit centers.
• Extend the master data like profit centers, cost centers and GL’s.
• Creation of new tax codes and maintain condition records.
• FI Configuration and testing all the test cases for new plants.
• Timely report the issue and resolve them within stipulated time.
• Co-ordination with other team members for integration issues.
• Month End and Year End activities.
• Functional specification Preparation for layouts and reports.
• Preparation of training manual and training to End Users.
• Posting of Month end provisions.
• Asset accounting related issues.
• H2H (host to host) interface issues with Banks.
• FI Periods closing and opening.
• Capex budget creation through internal orders and budget amount carry forward to next fiscal year.
• Ability to work with team members and quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Master data cleaning and training to Master data team.
• Recnciallation between GL’s and Movement , COGS , COGM , Product Costing
  COPA.
• Auto Bank Reconciallation.
