Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. Limited amount of travelling is required in this role.
What you will do
You will be working in projects, designing the solution architecture of Tetra Pak´s Salesforce platform.
We have implemented a comprehensive, integrated, global Salesforce solution that supports 4,000 users across various functions. Our environment leverages the power of Sales Cloud to drive sales performance, Service Cloud to enhance customer support, Account Engagement to streamline marketing efforts, and Net Zero Cloud to track and reduce our carbon footprint. This integrated platform enables us to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize our operations, and achieve our sustainability goals.
The Salesforce team consists of 26 persons based in Sweden, India, US and remote. In your role, you will be working closely with contact persons in the business areas and the project teams.

As a person you are self-motivated and committed to plan, drive and deliver according to set goals. You possess good collaboration and stakeholder management skills and are used to work in teams. You can easily understand business requirements and translate those into functionality and technical solutions. You can also explain the functionality of the systems to stakeholders to achieve the most beneficial design to solve requirements.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a solid IT background and 8+ years of experience of similar roles working with Salesforce. You have excellent English communication skills, verbally as well as in writing.
