Volume, Market Share, Outlet Addition in the territory, Distributor Handling
– KRAs
1. Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
2. Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
3. Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.
4. Carry out coaching, mentoring, and hand-holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.
5. Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
6. Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on a daily basis.
7. Compiling and analyzing the sales figures on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Candidate with distribution & selling experience. FMCG will be preferred.
– Candidate should have his/her vehicle.
