Job Description

Sales Coordinator Digital Outgrow

Reports to:

Associating Departs: Sales. Product Team, Finance, SAP

Responsibilities:

Candidate should work from office only for all the 5 days (No WFH)

Coordinate with Sales team for sales orders, POs, invoices, and payment collections

Overall backend support to sales team

Creating E-Way bills wherever it necessary

Preparation of sales and collection reports

Responsible for store inward and outward

Inventory management

Maintain the customer data base

Payment follow-up

Ensure vendor payment in time

Vendor and customer documentation

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders like finance, sales, SAP team and vendors

Alert the Business / Sales head on collections based on the credit period

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be a graduate

Should have minimum 3 years sales coordination, store operations and inventory handling experience

Should have the hands-on work experience in raising invoices / POs and over all invoicing and PO processes

Should be good in MS Excel

Candidate with hands on SAP experience is preferred

Candidate needs to be flexible in nature and very organized in maintaining the inventory as well as the reports
