Roles and Responsibilities

• During the Tenure of this contract he has to assist the Company with his professional expertise to enable it to generate new business.
• He shall always be well groomed, neat and dressed appropriately while meeting our existing and/or prospective customers.
• He will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all company’s property which may be entrusted to his custody, care or charge.
• He has to engage himself fully in the sale, service or promotion the Company.
• He has to maintain Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.).
• Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like, cold calls, reference, FLC Activities & Road shows.
• Maintain daily feedback of the customers.
• He has to report to Circle head about his daily activities and planning to achieve maximum sales during the month.
• Circle Head will assist him for any support he requires to generate business on filed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Age between 18 to 26 years.
• Should preferably be minimum HSC passed who want to learn Direct sales.
• Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company.
• Should possess good communication / Presentation skills.
