We are looking for an expert who will be responsible to drive Order Management and, design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and, work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities.
What You Will Do
As sales administration officer you will;
- Process customers’ parts sales orders and quotations.
- Ensure accurate and timely response to the requests from customers.
- Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
- Follow up order & delivery proactively from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions(planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions.
- Implement and follow up processes and operating procedures.
- Generate regular report for tracking.
- Contribute & commit to continuous improvements.
Who You Are
We believe you have;
- College/University degree.
- Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and
customer liaison. - Language skill – good English language skills in both written and spoken.
- SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills.
- Good communication skills and service minded.
- Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility.
