WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Global process and controls ownership for leased assets.
- Maintain Global Exception Logs and the GPM compliance within IFRS16 area.
- Maintain and update the global process tools (Plasma, Pega, SAP) to meet the global control and process compliance on time in full.
- Support the global and country process initiatives for the processes responsible .
- Support the global and country level control compliance by providing the guidance & advise.
- Identify control compliance initiatives and implement via the CPIM meetings with GCAD .
- Identify process improvement initiatives and implement via proper training with all relevant stakeholders on time in full.
- Act as a first point of contact for the process related queries raised by all stakeholders.
- Support the corporate, Sox and internal audits and ensure the CDRs are addressed .
- Responsible to plan and execute the new trainings as per the global and market requirements.
- Support any global acquisition and divestiture projects from the design and delivery aspects .
- Support the MEC issues and resolve it for smooth MEC, QEC and YEC.
- Responsible to work closely with the IT partners to ensure all the projects are delivered and issues are addressed without impacting the business on time in full .
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Very Good Financial Accounting & Reporting knowledge, especially within IFRS16 area confirmed by 4-5 years of experience.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: Plasma, Pega, SAP Finance & Master Data.
- GENERAL SKILLS: Communication (verbal & written).
- BEHAVIOURS: Global mindset; ability to translate complex ideas and issues into simple concepts; adopts a methodical and disciplined approach to ensure quality and compliance standards are delivered efficiently; credible and builds strong working relationships.
