In order to complete our Security and Compliance Department, we are currently looking for a Role Services Specialist.
In this position, you will bring deep SAP Security expertise and knowledge to the product or platform team (SAP Roles and SAP Security). You guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise. Working at the leading edge of IS/IT for the product or platform, the Technology Senior Specialist performs preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. You will support delivery and sustain of the most complex applications and business capabilities and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development or support or may lead the technical activity within their area of specialty.
A day in the life of…
- Provide deep specialist guidance and support in their specific specialties:
- Authorization and Role Design and Maintenance.
- SAP Fiori Authorizations and S/4HANA (and ABAP Security, Java roles, Netweav-er,…)
- SAP Cloud Platform Security.
- Access Governance and Compliance in SAP.
- User Administration and Identity Lifecycle Management in SAP.
- Security Monitoring, Security Assessment and SAP Security Audit.
- Support the integration of solutions within our SAP landscape.
- Develop measures and contribute to the Nestle IT Security & Compliance.
- Perform preliminary studies, Prove of Concepts (PoC), general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications.
- Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations.
- Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Product managers, Tech Leads, Solution Archi-tects and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution within their specific spe-cialism fits with strategic and technical direction aligned with the SAP Security concept and guidelines.
- Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors, for example where third-party work or packag-es involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and authorizations.
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA Security, SAP GRC, SAP IDM, SAP HANA DB Security, ABAP Security, Java roles, Netweaver,…).
- Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations related to SAP modules
- Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
- Preferably certification in SAP Security (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Professional – System Security Architect; SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Security and Authorizations)
- Excellence in SAP Security & Audit and Monitoring requirements, methods and tools
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps, project management princi-ples).
- Understanding and knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
