Reward Specialist
Reward specialist is involved in qualified compensation and benefits work. Acts as an expert advisor within the compensation & benefits and is a part of the second line support in the HR Service Centre.
Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Reward processes for the countries within the area of responsibility.
What you will do
- Support the annual market benchmarking exercise in the area of responsibility, to ensure external market competitiveness
- Support the annual salary review and variable payment processes with local Payroll and Master Data administrators to ensure timely and accurate payment and data integrity
- Propose and validate offers and compensation changes for employees
- Conduct reward-related analytics and provides inputs for reward surveys
- Prepare market analyses, contribute to compensation ranges preparation for the countries in scope
- Analyze internal equity and benefits data
- In line with the guidelines, give input to local benefit plans & support benefits benchmarking
- Create communication material
- Provide inputs to global reward policies, processes, and tools upon request
- Ensure compliance with Reward policies and procedures
- Contribute to the overall successful delivery of HR services to clients as a part of the HR Service Delivery team
- Perform services on demand from the business according to SLA
- Participate and lead Continuous improvement projects and contribute to Global projects
- Train HR and line managers regarding compensation processes, act as a speaking partner in the compensation-related matters
We believe you have
- At least 2-4 years of previous experience in reward area. Specialized knowledge of regional compensation and benefits. Good knowledge of labour and industrial laws and prevailing HR practices and taxation principles. Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices. Proven data management/analysis skills. Experience in handling international assignments is an advantage.
- University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of compensation & benefits
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding compensation & benefits
- Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices
- Fluency in English and preferably any other European language
- Organized, analytical, thorough, and attentive to details
- Good in argumentation and negotiations
- Good communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and strong client orientation
- High personal integrity, proactiveness, and continuous improvement mindset
