We are looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager with digital marketing and marketing automation expertise, to support our operations across Asia Pacific.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing communications, specifically digital marketing with marketing automation. This role will report to the Regional Marketing Communications Director, with a dotted line to our local market Marketing Director.
This position will be based in the candidate’s home country.
What you will do
B2B Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute B2B demand & lead generation campaigns/programs to deliver on customer education, online acquisition, generate qualified leads, and drive sales conversion. Initiatives and programs include (but are not limited to) digital marketing with marketing automation, on-ground B2B events & exhibitions, webinars, direct marketing, develop sales tools, etc.
- Work in close partnership with local marketing & sales teams, business unit technical experts, digital & media agencies to develop communications strategy, create content, deploy and localize Tetra Pak’s marketing initiatives & campaigns. The outcome being to ensure a creative, engaging, and immersive campaigns for the relevant target audience.
Utilize Marketing Automation and CRM as part of Marketing Communications & Nurturing Programs
- Utilize Marketing Automation and CRM platforms to execute and nurture prospects & leads to convert to a sale.
- Support MarComm team-mates to localize regional campaigns for local market with execution and translations.
Analyze Marketing (including Digital Marketing) Data & Provide Insights
- Drive the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns by analyzing relevant data i.e. page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, etc to drive results for campaigns.
- Track campaign performance through bi-weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations to achieve KPIs and optimize to ensure ROI is met.
Manage Local B2B Events (Physical & Virtual)
- Lead and manage the development and execution of local events for the local market.
- Consolidate, manage and track leads for Events.
Who you are
We believe you have:
- At least 4+ years’ marketing communications experience, inclusive of digital marketing experience. You have either client-side experience, creative agency or media agency experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in creative advertising skills (Phtoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) OR experience in marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, MailChimp) would be a plus.
- Good data analysis skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience in using analytics, dashboarding and visualization tools.
- Experience in using marketing automation tools is preferred (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, MailChimp).
- Comfortable and experienced in developing content and communicating the benefits for technical products.
- A true team player who is approachable and willing to help team-mates when needed.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and vendors in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
- Structured in approach, strong planning skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Confident in presenting to Senior Management.
