Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct line process parameters test as per requirements of set frequency and right methodology.
- Refine & standardize startup, tank change & shut down procedure.
- Carry out testing of blown bottle parameters like dimension, section weight, wall thickness, top load, burst test, stress , crack test, fill volume capacity.
- Ensure compliance to Minimum Mandate of filler, pasteurization temperature, fill temperature, differential temperature, approach temperature and invert temperature.
- Ensure that damaged/torn strainers are not in use in line. Make sure that strainers are inspected periodically and are of proper screen size.
- Collect and retain shelf life samples.
- Conduct GVRT study periodically
- Prepare control drink during start-up and every 4 hr of each run as well as during each tank change.
- Responsible for Verification of Area Line clearance of different Lines & Positive Release of Beverages, Juices & Dairy
- Meeting food safety requirements in the plant as per FSSC 22000 V5
- Monthly Internal Audit, Monthly verification of CCP/OPRP
- Responsible for implementation of good practices in the plant like GMP, GHK .

- Must have experience in Beverage industry, food safety standards.
- Must be from Punjab domicile
- Education-B.SC/BTech/MSc-Food Tech, Chemistry, Microbiology
